WHAT WE DO

All of our jewelry is made to order and customized specifically for you. Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of confirmed quality-related issues.

If your item arrives with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Approved cases may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Customized items without quality issues are not eligible for return or refund. Order cancellations are not accepted after 3 days from the time of purchase, even if the order has not yet shipped.

All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order with great care.

Each piece requires approximately 1-2 weeks for preparation and production before it is ready to ship.

Once completed, delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination.

The total estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks from order confirmation.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as this time allows us to carefully create a piece made especially for you.

If you would like your jewelry delivered sooner — for example, if you are ordering it as a gift — please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist and explore possible solutions together.

All jewelry pieces are shipped securely and insured, using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination.

For deliveries outside certain regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
