Each DIY handmade jewelry piece is carefully made, packed, and shipped with care to ensure it arrives safely.


Shipping within the United States

We mainly ship within the United States.

All orders usually require 2–5 business days for handmade production and order processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

For high-value orders, shipping insurance and signature confirmation may be provided for additional delivery security.


International Shipping

We also ship to selected international countries and regions.

Please allow 2–5 business days for handmade production and order processing after your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated international delivery times:

Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days
Asia, Australia & other regions: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, local carriers, public holidays, or other unexpected delays.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary by country, so we are unable to estimate or control these charges.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it may be returned to us.

In this case:

  • We will contact the customer once the package is returned.

  • Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and customized, all personalized or DIY custom items are considered Final Sale.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Minor variations that naturally occur in handmade products

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

  • Full refund

  • Free replacement

  • Exchange for the same item

All returned items must be unused and kept in their original packaging.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once a handmade, customized, or personalized order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
